The cow sits in a relaxed way as the piglets feed on its milk.
The exact reason for the compassion is not known but a few bystanders claimed that the mother pig might not be able to produce enough milk to satiate the hunger of the piglets.
The rare incident happened in the Paralakhemundi Lakshmi Film Hall of Gajapati district in Odisha, Eastern India.
In several instances, animals of one breed have been seen showing compassion to a different breed.
