St. Sophia church in Harbin,China
Built by the Russians in 1907, the Church of Saint Sophia is reputed to be the largest orthodox church in the Far East. It now houses the Harbin Architecture Arts Centre, displaying archive photographs of the city. Religious motifs have been removed and the interior is in need of restoration. St. Sophia has escaped the removal of crosses done to other churches.
