Chinese doctor removes broken metal tube from elderly man's penis
A doctor removed part of a broken metal tube from an elderly man's urethra in southern China.
In the video, shot in the city of Xinyu in Jiangxi Province on January 8, a 3-centimetre-long broken metal tube is seen stuck in an elderly man named Hu's urethra via an X-ray film.
The doctor named Yuan Jian used a cystoscope to take the broken metal tube out of Hu's body.
According to reports, Hu inserted a metal tube into his urethra to help with urination but a part of it broke inside his body.
He did not go to hospital until he could not urinate after half a month.
Hu is recovering well at the moment, reports said.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
