Some farmers in northern Ghana, despite climate change, are beginning to earn good incomes from a makeshift irrigation system.

They improvised their own watering system using a canister popularly known as a" Kuffour gallon " and created holes on them for easy watering.

This system not only helped them avoid the high costs associated with drip irrigation systems, but also allowed them to grow food despite unstable weather conditions and fatigue.
