A cool video has emerged from Canada of a group of men enjoying a homemade fort carved out of snow.

The footage, captured in Moncton, New Brunswick on Monday, gives the viewer a tour of the fort, including a throne only accessible by a tunnel dug out of snow.

According to the filmer a huge snow storm hit Moncton on Sunday, bringing up to 54 cm of snow.

"Me and my brother in-law decide to have some fun after we saw how deep the snow was in front of his house! The main area where we built the seats is about 7 feet deep" the filmer later wrote online.
