This was the cute moment a 6-year-old boy caught his first Legendary Pokemon on "Pokemon Go" while out with his family in Saratoga Springs, Utah.

The clip, filmed on September 1, shows Jackson playing the game on his parent's phone before he starts shouting frantically because he caught a Legendary Pokémon.

According to a Pokemon fandom forum, Legendary Pokémon are a group of Pokémon considered to be very rare and powerful. They can only be obtained once you defeat a Legendary Raid Pokémon in the app.

Jackson's mum Shannon said: "We got into Pokémon go during this summer as a way to get out while still remaining social distanced from others. He is very over the top and was super excited to have joined a raid with his cousin where he was able to win one of his favourite Pokémon, Articuno!"
