Bored senseless on a Monday afternoon, 15-year-old Levi van Genderen, in Forresters Beach, Australia, began to play with his laser pointer when he noticed a lizard (a Common Garden Skink) emerging from a nearby rock as it chased the laser.

Levi's dad, Jason, told Newsflare: "On an extraordinarily hot Australian summer afternoon, it gave our whole family some light entertainment!"

Bored senseless, my 15 year old teenage son (Levi van Genderen) was playing with his laser pointer, bouncing it out our window in daylight into the garden. Amazingly, a small lizard (a Common Garden Skink) emerges from a nearby rock and gives chase to the laser pointer wherever it goes, playing with it for at least 10 minutes. On an extraordinarily hot Australian summer afternoon, it gave our whole family some light entertainment!
