Ukrainian YouTuber OLLY staged a series of stress tests demonstrating what improperly used firecrackers can do to the human hand.

OLLY told Newsflare: "This is a real ballistic hand with bones, and it imitates a living human hand very well.

"Small firecrackers left burns and wounds, firecrackers that are more powerful tore off and destroyed fingers.

"The experiment is for scientific purposes so that children and teenagers understand the destructive power of firecrackers."

He performed the stress tests in a snowy field in Ukraine on January 25.
