This small, cute fish uses its suction disc on the bottom of its body to grasp onto the rocky sea bottom. It uses its tiny fins to slowly propel it through the water from rock to rock. This creature is more active after dark; this was filmed while scuba diving at night off the east coast of Vancouver Island, British Columbia in January, 2021
