The Metropolitan Police have cordoned off Holland Walk in north London's Islington after a teenage boy was stabbed to death on Monday (January 25).

Footage from January 26 shows thescene from a distance with police tape blocking access, with additional shots of floral tributes.

Officers were called to the scene at around 5:30 pm after reports of a stabbing.

Sadly, the boy, who is believed to be in his mid-teens, was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.

A man has since been arrested prompting a Section 60 in the area, elevating stop and search powers for officers.

Despite efforts by emergency services he was sadly pronounced dead at the scene a short while later.
