Forest officials rescue small python from car glove compartment in north India

A python was saved and rescued from inside a car in northern India's Uttarakhand on January 27. The incident took place in the Bindaal region of Dehradun.

A video witnessing the incident features rescue personnel attempting to rescue a python from inside a car while the team assists him from outside. As he moves inside the vehicle, he opens the glove compartment and grabs the snake slithering in it. The onlookers catch a glimpse of the reptile and behold the occurrence.

The python was discovered inside the vehicle of the Sub Divisional Officer of the Electricity Department of Bindaal. Forest inspector, Sakbir Ahmad, directed the staff to conduct the rescue operation after receiving the information. The rescue team consisted of the forest rescue lead, Ravi Joshi and Jitendra Parvej, who managed to recover the reptile.
