US: Rare Sighting Of Snowy Owl In NYC Central Park Delights Onlookers 3
Bird-watchers and park strollers were on cloud 9 when a snowy owl paid a rare visit to Manhattan's Central Park on Wednesday, January 27.
The cute raptor was first spotted at the park's North Meadow at around 9 am. The rare sighting drew a crowd of photographers and regular strollers, who stayed far from the bird to avoid disturbing it.
