A defensive octopus was captured on camera shooting water at a nearby man in Port Hedland, Australia.

Filmer Andrew Stanley began to approach the octopus before it started spraying water above the surface at him.

Octopuses shoot jets of water at things that annoy them. They also swim faster being sucking up water and spraying it out, propelling them.
