Banks closed, ATMs down following military takeover in Myanmar
Myanmar's military declared a one-year state of emergency on Monday (February 1) after arresting Aung San Suu Kyi and other National League for Democracy (NLD) leaders.
Internet and phone services have been disrupted. Banks said they had been forced to close.
Footage filmed by @starrscapes appeared to show several ATMs out of service in Mayangon Township.
