Father makes save to stop baby hitting head
A father with quick reflexes saved his baby son from falling and hitting his head – but was told off by his wife for dangling the tot upside down.
The couple were in a shop with their one-year-old boy who was riding a toy push-bike in Udon Thani, Thailand, on January 29.
However, the infant lost his balance and looked certain to crack his head on the concrete floor.
The father noticed the tot toppling over and leant down to grab him before he hurt himself.
Having made the save, he then undid all of his good work in the eyes of his wife by holding the infant upside.
CCTV footage from the grocery store captured the incident as the wife berated him for not picking up the baby correctly.
The shopkeeper said: ‘I just wanted to show that not sometimes children aren’t safe, even when they’re playing on their toys with their family nearby. The father saved his baby from being hurt.’
