Maize, white flour and eggs pancakes
I cooked a maize flour pancake and this is done while you have less white flour.
I used maize flour white flour eggs water and salt add together and mixed adding water little until the desired thickness achieve. Get a frying pan toast them Make sure you use enough eggs for the pancake to harden during cooking.
Use ratio of 4:1 for maize and white flour
1:1 each cup one egg
One teaspoon of salt
One cup of water
Cooking oil two serving spoons.
You can take it as snacks, bites with tea or juice
