Creepy footage shows ‘UFO lights’ flashing in the sky in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on January 4.

Onlooker Harith Iskander was at a rooftop bar with friends having drinks when they saw the bizarre lights during nighttime.

He said: ‘My friends told me that it is just reflection but I wonder why it is moving.

‘It was really unusual and made more creepy by the clouds that covered it.’

Som locals linked the sighing to conspiracy theories of aliens monitoring the Earth with plans to conquer the planet.

However, others dismissed the supposed UFO and said that the light was caused by reflections from nearby skyscrapers.

They said the Petronas Twin Towers emit light, which mixes with the changing movement of clouds in the sky and causes strange appearances.
