Wild starling in my garden mimics other birds and even talks

Buy video

With being stuck at home during the lockdown, I decided to set up a remote camera to video the birds that visit my small back garden in Cumbria.
Of all the wild birds to visit the feeding post in my garden, there was one particular Starling among the many other wild Starlings (who we named Sidney) that would often sing from the feeding post.
His song was made up of many different sounds, including several other birds calls he could mimic.
This is not uncommon with some starlings because they are related to mina birds which are known for there ability to talk and mimic many sounds.

In this video I could identify:
Buzzard
Lapwing
Tawny owl
Jackdaw
Blue tit
Greenfinch
Car alarm
Talking in the middle
A bit of Beatbox
and more.

Captured on February 9th 2021 Cumbria UK.
