This chef working at a food stall in Mumbai, India, flips the finished dishes over his shoulder to a waiter standing by with a plate with perfect precision.

Dinesh is seen making the dosa, a thin crepe consisting of lentils and rice, before cutting them up and flipping them over his shoulder.

His colleague is standing by ready with a plate to catch the falling food and serve it to their customers.

Dinesh has his unique style to serve Dosa ( South Indian Dish) to its customers who comes to his stall to eat dosa.
He throws the dosa in air after cooking it and his helper take it directly in the plate . And this he does without seeing and pointing at the plate .
