Hungry elephant asks for food in South India
Hungry elephant shouts for food in South India.
A 48 day rejuvenation camp for temple elephants began last week in Mettupayalam of Coimbatore District of Tamilnadu.
Twenty six elephants from over 23 temples from Tamilnadu participate d in the elephant rejuvenation camp.
Here Nutritious dinners, long walks in the jungle and relaxing massages are given for the elephants.
Twin Tirupati temple elephant Lakshmi has also participated in the camp. And she loved eating Kerala palm leaves a lot. If she finishes of her share she is asking more for eating. She raises her trunk and shouts for more food.
And when the mahouts gives her more food she thanks him by touching his head with her trunk.
