Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to the streets of the capital Yerevan after he alleged the military attempted to stage a coup.

Footage from Thursday (February 25) shows Pashinyan walking through Republic Square rallying with his supporters chanting through a loudhailer.

Reports claimed many top-flight members of the Armenian military signed a document claiming the PM was “unable to make sound decisions.”

Pashinyan came under fire after signing a Russia-brokered peace agreement with Azerbaijan to end the war in the Nagorno-Karabakh region after almost 45 days.
