After receiving 11 inches of snow in Broomfield Colorado I constructed an obstacle course for my cat “cat maze” which meanders through deep osnow. As construction was in the final stages A young and highly spirited dog makes the most of his escape from a few houses down. He couldn’t resist the snow And was cashing in on his short-lived freedom. I remained quiet and the owners call finally turned the dog away from any “cat maze”sabotage...Or so I thought. Two minutes later he returns full force and plows straight through my carefully crafted “cat maze”. I had to inform him of my presence and that’s when a priceless expression equal parts confused and guilty sent him off. Cat explores his new snow world and smells dog. Overall an interesting interaction between feline, k9, human and Mother Nature.
