Udyan Mahotsav is a gardening festival that takes place every year under the aegis of Agriculture and Horticulture Department. A garden festival/exhibition is organized at Rajendra Udyan/Garden located in Deshratna Marg, Patna. Competitions for vegetable and flower growers are also organized in this event. The winning participants are rewarded. The festival was inaugurated on February 25, 2021, by the taxis of Agriculture and Horticulture Minister Amarendra Pratap Singh of the Government of Bihar.

Archna Singh, the receiver of the 3rd place award of the festival said "There are a lot of opportunities in Bihar for honey production. I've been doing some experiments with different types of honey flavors. I'm trying to grow this production to a high level for it to become well-known at the international market. This will give many women an opportunity to develop their own businesses and create their names in this field".
