On May 26 hundreds of millions of people around the world will celebrate Buddha Day or Vesak.

The festival commemorates the birth, enlightenment and death of the Buddha.

This stunning drone footage shows Borobudur Temple in Central Java in Indonesia which is the largest Buddhist place of worship anywhere in the world.

The royalty-free background music is traditional Javan gamelan performed by Gamelan Nyai Saraswati.

Borobudur Temple was once a wonder of the world. It is the largest Buddhist temple complex in the world. 

The Vesak Day Festival is held every year during the full moon in April or May in here. The festival is a commemoration of the birth and death, as well as the enlightenment given by Gautama Buddha.
