This was the lucky moment an alert cop saved the life of a mother who tried to get off a moving train along with her family.

CCTV footage from Bhilwara Railway station in northern India shows an unidentified family - two children, wife and husband - getting off a moving train on March 4. The children are first to get off the coach, followed by their mother. While the children stumble a bit, they land safely. But the woman, who is wearing a saree and carrying luggage, falls and begins to slip into the tracks.

Annu Yadav, a vigilant railway constable, who was on duty, rushed to her help and pulled her to safety. The husband also got off the coach and the family resumed their journey.

Sharing the video Indian Railways asked passengers to not board or get off moving trains.
