Cases of parvovirus in dogs have been rapidly increasing in central India's Madhya Pradesh on March 8. The incident took place in Narsinghpur.

Visuals show Dr. Sanjay Manjhi treating the canines and giving information about the disease. Various owners take their pets to the veterinary facilities to get them checked and vaccinated. Some puppies are given injections and intravenous (IV) fluids for their treatment.

Parvovirus is a contagious disease that spreads from one canine to another. It has been advised to give proper vaccination and keep pets away from other dogs to prevent the disease. Some common symptoms of the disease include pigmentation of blood in vomiting, loss of appetite, and diarrhea leading to weakness and death if left untreated.
