A video has emerged of 4 men being struck by a thunderbolt after they took shelter from the rain under a tree at a residential complex Vatika Signature Villas in the Gurugram Sector 82, Haryana, Northern India.

All 4 were identified to be horticulture officers and had taken shelter from the rain under a tree when the mishap unfolded.

The video shows 4 of them being jolted by a thunder strike as they fall on the ground.

All 4 were rushed to a nearby private hospital in Manesar with severe burn injuries out of which 3 are now in a stable condition while the 4th died while being taken to hospital.


The victims have been identified as Ram Prasad Sundar, Shivdutt, Lali, and their supervisor Anil.
