Fans are going wild for the grand opening of Super Nintendo World at Universal Studios Japan
Watch the much anticipated Super Nintendo World open in Universal Studios Japan on March 18, after COVID-19 restrictions were lifted in Osaka Prefecture, where the theme park is located.
Video filmed by @ohia_lehua_yurie and @kai_1993_hayate on March 18 shows fans enjoying the new theme park.
The theme park cost about $0.5bn ($0.36bn) to build according to the BBC and was due to open last summer but was delayed by the coronavirus pandemic. The park is modelled on levels in Mario games. It also features a Mario Kart race.
