The skies above parts of Canada shimmered with greens and pinks last night (March 19) as the Northern Lights created an impressive spectacle.

This footage was captured in Woodlands in Manitoba by storm chaser Jordan Carruthers.

"It was one of the most incredible shows I have seen in many years," Carruthers said.

The Night Of March 19th, 2021 saw the awaited arrival of supercharged particles from a Coronal Hole on the sun bringing KP6/G2 Geomagnetic storm levels, making Aurora Borealis visible on the horizon as far south as the central USA, However, up in Southern Portions of Canada, the Show was much more extravagant, with Aurora being visible directly overhead, Lighting the entire sky in greens and pinks as waves of aurora shimmered across the sky.
