Firefighters rescued an Indian muntjac deer after it got trapped in between two walls in southern China.

The video, filmed in the city of Shangrao in Jiangxi Province on March 15, shows the muntjac trapped upside down in a narrow gap in between two walls and screaming loudly.

After 13 minutes, the muntjac was rescued successfully. After checking its body and confirmed that it was in good health condition before being released back into the wild.

3月15日，在上饶德兴市铜都大道交警大队附近，一只小鹿闯入村庄，四脚朝天卡进房舍与山坡间的缝隙里，发出“嘤嘤”的呼救声。
在现场，小鹿的四肢和肚皮朝天，头部被紧紧卡住，不时地发出如婴儿哭叫般的声音。被卡的位置一侧是水泥空心砖墙，另一侧则是山坡，内部极其狭窄。消防人员用绳索打好绳结再收紧，小心开展救援。期间小鹿反应剧烈，几次挣脱了绳索。
防员携带绳索和捕蛇夹不停向上扒拉，13分钟后小鹿脱困，随后林业局人到场，对小鹿身体检查，确认健康状况很好后，一起前往野外进行放生，活蹦乱跳的小鹿终于又回归了自然。！据林业局工作人员称，这是国家三有保护动物，赤麂(jǐ)。（视频由江西台提供）
