Vietnamese man builds the dried coconut shell peeler machine from the saws blade and an electric motor
Video captured the moment of man builds the coconut dried shell peeler machine from the saws blade and an electric motor in Binh Dinh, Viet Nam.
The man owns a large coconut garden. Every day he harvests thousands of dried coconuts and some customers ask him to separate the shells. In the past he used rudimentary tools such as knives and the speed was very slow because the dried coconuts were very hard and difficult to separate compared to normal coconuts.
He thought about and tried to build a coconut shell peeling machine. He used two circular saw blades connected to an electric motor to create a coconut shell separator. He then used iron plates to create a cabinet around the machine.
Each minute the machine can separate 3 dried coconuts with very thick shells. Previously, it took more than 5 minutes for a person to separate the peel of a dried coconut.
The cost to complete the machine is only about 200 USD.
The machine helped the man sell more dried coconuts.
The man also sells the machine to the coconut sellers wishing to remove the dried coconuts.
The man's machine has helped hundreds of coconut farmers to sell tens of thousands of dried coconuts every day
