Bristol protesters mock police claim that officers broke their bones by chanting, 'Where's your broken arm?'
Demonstrators at the latest Kill the Bill protest in Bristol have mocked police claims that officers broke their bones during disorder earlier this week.
Video filmed outside Bridewell Police Station shows protesters chanting, “Where’s your broken arm?” at police during a protest on Friday night (March 26). Protesters are also seen offering flowers to the police while in more tense scenes, additional officers are seen joining the police defence lines.
On Wednesday, Avon and Somerset police retracted widely reported claims that officers had suffered broken bones and a punctured lung as they attempted to disperse a protest on Sunday night.
