This footage was filmed and produced 28 March 2021.
Around 3000 people gathered in Nantes, France as they want to denounce the lack of action from the french government to tackle climate change. As they say it, they want a "real climate bill", referring to the current bill that is debated right now at the french parliament, but considered too minimal to be impactful and prevent climate change by the demonstrators.
The protest marched through downtown Nantes before going back to its starting point where speeches were held by members of the "citizen's convetntion for climate", an assembly of 150 citizens that drew plans for a cliamte bill but ended being ignored by the government and bands played music.
This is the second time a protest for climate is held in less than 2 weeks in the city.
