Jump fail from rock, hear tendon break on impact in knee.
A group of people did a hike to the floating dock wreck near Glentana Beach, between Mossel Bay and George, in the Western Cape, South Africa. Two guys jumped from a rock to the sand on the beach below, and on impact, Darren torn a ligament in his left knee and fell to the ground in pain. The sound of the tendon breaking can be heard in the video.
