Barceloneta beach in Barcelona remained relatively busy amid Covid-19 regulations on Saturday April 3. The centralised Spanish Government recently brought in strict mandatory rules on mask wearing on beaches throughout the country. However, the local Catalan Government have maintained that masks are only mandatory when not sunbathing or swimming.

Despite this, many on the beach did not wear masks outside of the general rules.

La playa de La Barceloneta en Barcelona se mantuvo relativamente ocupada en medio de las regulaciones de Covid-19 el sábado 3 de abril. El gobierno español centralizado recientemente introdujo reglas estrictas y obligatorias sobre el uso de máscaras en las playas de todo el país.
