'This is the shocking scene from early January 2020, of a car hitting the back of another before cleverly speeding off.
This clip, courtesy of footage from Jarred Cannon's Tesla's front and rear dash cams, sees a Ford Focus rear-ending it. The Ford driver then pulls up, which causes Jarred to do the same.
The filmer wrote: "Shortly after getting me to move my vehicle to the side of the road, the culprit sped off and hasn't been caught by the police since."
This hit-and-run accident occurred in Tampa, Florida.
