'Delivery Fail Caught on Camera | Parcel Stolen from Outside the House'
'On August 28, 2020, Cliff Ings' cooking class kit was stolen from outside his home and he didn't get the assistance he was hoping to receive.
In this security camera footage, a thief can be seen walking away with a parcel during the early morning hours. This parcel was Cliff's. He shared his experience with us:
"I was the victim of theft as my cooking class kit was stolen from my doorstep. I ordered it from a premium restaurant service, Providoor. They delivered my order at 3 am and didn't notify me, so it was stolen while I was asleep and the footage was captured by CCTV. Providoor refused to take any responsibility or refund me so I shared it on social media as a warning to others."'
