The eggs had been purchased the day after Easter. Normally that is when I get a huge pile of eggs on discount. However this year al the eggs had sold out. Looking in Tesco, Sainsburys, Waitrose, Wilko, Poundland and other locations. It was only Lidl that had any eggs left.
