Chinese driver manages to stop bus full of passengers safely before he faints at the wheel
A driver managed to stop a bus full of passengers safely before he fainted at the wheel in eastern China.
The CCTV video, shot in the city of Hefei in Anhui Province on April 6, shows a driver named Li Biao stopping a bus safely on the side of a road before fainting.
A passenger then and tried to wake him up, while another passenger called the police and an ambulance.
After several minutes, the police and an ambulance arrived and Li was sent to hospital for emergency treatment.
According to reports, Li felt dizzy and pulled the hand brake quickly to stop the bus before fainting.
Li suffered vertigo according to the doctor's preliminary judgment but he was not in life-threatening condition. Li has returned home to rest.
