The dog owner, trainer, and filmer of this video, Marco Spadaccini wrote: "Meet Will the Dog, a talented pup who is now famous on TV and the internet. In this video, he stands on two paws while skating down a path. Will has had multiple seizures over the last five years and is currently under treatment. Despite this, he loves to show how full of life he is. It doesn't matter how many times he falls down, what matters is that he's always ready to get up."
