Watch as this Serbian chef makes delicious crispy pork ribs with sweet potatoes.

The chef uses 1.5 kilograms of pork, Cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt and sweet potatoes to create a tasty looking meal.

Serbian chef shows of how to make the best crispy pork ribs.

Ingridients:

- A piece of pork, ribs (you can take with or without bone) about 1.5 kg.

coat it with baking powder to make the skin softer and later crispier. (You will use 15 grams of baking powder).
- A little Cayenne pepper
- Some black pepper
- Salt
- A little lard after all ingridients and before first bake you need to add 2dl of juice.

BAKING ON 270C FOR 50MINUTES

After that, Add again 2dl of juice and put back in oven for another 15 minutes on 270C.

During that time. Cut 1 kg of potatoes, cook, season with a little ground pepper and oil and put that cooked potatos in cooker.

This time without a lid, for 15minutes. (again 270C).

You will get the best pork ribs!
