As devotees throng to the Kumbh Mela Hindu festival in the city of Haridwar, an 18-inch tall dreadlocked 'Naga sadhu' has drawn much attention.

Narayan Nand Giri Maharaj, a 55-year-old mystic, attended the festival to dispense blessings to pilgrims. The mystic weighs 18 kilograms and cannot stand up or walk, being looked after by his disciple, Umesh.
