Footage from April 16 shows the men throw balls of dough to another chef who would then place it on a large grill.

India is a country where you can find unique and different cuisines for each and every state. Likewise street foods in India are also very famous in here. Here in Madurai District of Tamilnadu a chef who does Parottas (Breads) just tosses it away in the air to another one who then later cooks it on a big pan. They are no way distracted even when they have customers.
Later the parottas are severed to the customers with a spicy dips.
