Railway personnel was honored by the authorities for saving a child from getting crushed beneath the train in western India's Maharashtra on April 19. The incident transpired at the Vangani Railway Station in Mumbai.
A video features several authorities honoring the railway personnel for saving a precious life at the railway station. Following this, they clap for him and appreciate him for his alertness and great efforts.
Railway personnel, identified as Mayur Shelke, risked his life to save a child who fell onto the tracks. His courageous act and alertness were praised and lauded by all. Moreover, the Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) has honored him while the Minister has announced an award of Rs. 50,000 (USD 669) to the man.
