Elephant herd walks closely together to safely cross road
Amazing footage shows an elephant herd walking together to safely cross a road in Thailand.
The jumbo family emerged from the forests with the adults leading the group in Surin province on February 15.
The wild animals were able to reach the other side of the road together before disappearing behind trees.
Onlooker Nin Nin said they stopped upon seeing the elephants to avoid startling them.
She said: ‘We parked on the side upon seeing them from a distance. We didn’t want to scare them with the car noise. They are such special creatures.’
