Skier captures spectacular wipeout in Vermont
A dramatic video has emerged, capturing a skier’s spectacular wipeout on a slope in Vermont, US.
In the footage, captured on a GoPro camera in a ski resort in Killington on Friday, the man loses his ski and tumbles multiple times down the snowy mountainside.
“Skiing at Killington Vermont during spring break I wanted to beat my top speed of 66.1 mph recorded a day before this,” the filmer later wrote online.
“While going down Bear Mountain on Outer Limits, one of its double black diamonds, I was going about 50-55 mph and my ski decided to pop off. This is the aftermath... enjoy!”
