Retired Chinese soldier does 100 push-ups to resolve conflict at police station
A retired soldier performed 100 push-ups as an apology to resolve a conflict at a police station in southern China.
The CCTV video, shot in the city of Neijiang in Sichuan Province on April 11, shows a man named He performing push-ups in the hall of a police station.
After He finished doing the push-ups, another man named Guo saluted to him and then the two men shook hands.
According to reports, the passenger named He and the driver named Guo had a dispute in the taxi and were taken to the police station by a police officer named Lin Lei.
Since Lin heard that the two men were both retired soldiers when trying to mediate the dispute for them, Lin proposed to use the rules used by army to solve the problem.
The passenger named He then did 100 push-ups as an apology to resolve the conflict with the driver named Lin.
