Sarajevo citizens protested their limited access to the COVID-19 vaccine on April 17.

Dozens of Sarajevo citizens expressed dissatisfaction with the protest walk and drive from the Railway Station to the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), because the state and federal authorities did not procure vaccines against COVID 19, which, according to citizens, endangered public health.

As demands from the previous protest, held on April 6th in Sarajevo, were not met, the protesters gathered again on Saturday, April 17th.

They demand from the Council of Ministers of BiH the introduction of mandatory PCR testing for all entries into BiH and the submission of the irrevocable resignation of both the Council of Ministers of BiH and the Government of the Federation of BiH (FBiH).

A large number of citizens gathered in front of the building of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo today to express their dissatisfaction with the government's attitude during the coronavirus pandemic and the procurement of vaccines.
The protest was organized even today due to the non-fulfillment of these demands.

"It's time for a paradigm shift", "Battle for Life", "State first", "PCR test mandatory for all" are some of the messages the protesters carry on their walk from the BiH National Museum to the state institution building at Marijin Dvor.

In the period from 11:30 to 14:30, traffic will be suspended on the route of the protesters.

The organizers asked the citizens to adhere to the epidemiological measures.
