An animal welfare activist gives water to a snake after rescuing him from a fishing net in which it was trapped in Cuddalore, India.

Locals thought the snake was dead and called the rescuer who realized it was only unconscious.

The snake was thirsty due to heated sun and is seen enjoying drinking water.

Due to Summer season snakes often comes in residential area in search of water . Animal Welfare Activist and Snake Rescuer Chella gave a bottle of water to the snake which he rescued from a fishing net trapped in house .
The snake was trapped in a fishing net at house in Cuddalore on 20th April . Locals who thought the snake is dead called and informed Chella about it . Chella after reaching the spot inspected and realised the the snake is not dead but in a unconscious state , Chella threw some water on snake to make it active and rescued .
After rescuing him Chella realised that the snake might be thirsty due to heated sun and he give it a bottle of water . Chella tells as soon as I gave water to Snake snake giot excited and active . Chella left the snake in forest
