Footage shows an extremely hairy yellow caterpillar crawling on the veranda railing of a house.
Insect enthusiast Lola Nanas spotted the creature while she was having morning coffee at home n Queensland, Australia on February 1.
Lola said it crawled all the way to the end of the railing and disappeared among her garden plants below.
She said: ‘It was such a cute creature. I bet it would be itchy to touch, but it looks adorable so I let it pass.’
The caterpillar is called Calliteara, with long hairs that vary from brown and yellow color and grows to be a moth.
